We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join a Federal Government program supporting the delivery of business and technology change.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Change Analyst with up to three years’ experience who is comfortable working in a complex program environment and supporting stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology implementation and Go-Live activities.

You will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the implementation of new technology, processes and ways of working.

A current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change materials
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including collecting and analysing feedback
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and technology Go-Live activities
  • Monitor and report on change progress, identifying risks and escalating issues where required
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, project teams and Subject Matter Experts to integrate change activities into Agile delivery workflows
  • Support resistance management by identifying concerns and providing practical solutions
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, reports and supporting materials
  • Analyse and present data to support change activities and decision-making
  • Contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused environment

You will have

  • Up to 3 years' experience in change management/change analysis
  • Hands-on experience working within a complex program or project environment
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience supporting UAT, technology Go-Live and/or customer service projects
  • Exceptional verbal communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance – essential

This role will be of as an initial contract to 30 June 2027 + view of further 12 month extension
