Role Overview

We are looking for a Test Analyst with strong hands-on manual testing experience and good knowledge of ServiceNow to support testing across ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and UAT testing.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
• Log, track and retest defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, ServiceNow Consultants and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on ServiceNow testing experience across modules such as: ITSM, ITAM, Service Desk, Service Request,Service Design, KM, CM,Conversational AI, Workflow, Collaboration and Self-Service
• Strong understanding of STLC/SDLC and Agile testing methodologies.
• ServiceNow certification is desirable
