Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the matchmaker between passionate educators and meaningful careers. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for all centre based roles, drive creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a gold-standard experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

What you’ll bring

Several years’ experience in high volume recruitment and a knack for connecting people

A curious mind and a can-do attitude

Multi-tasking magic – you are highly organised and balance competing priorities

Reliability, accountability, and a team-first mindset

Safety first mindset – compliance, governance, and safeguarding standards matter

Current QLD Blue Card / Victorian WWCC (or ability to obtain one)
