Chef de Partie | Lakeside Pavilion

Join the kitchen team at one of Melbourne’s premier event venues!

Lakeside Pavilion, located on the edge of Albert Park Lake, hosts weddings, corporate events and private functions, with events ranging from intimate celebrations through to large-scale functions.

We’re looking for a Casual Chef de Partie to join the team for a busy three-month period, with the opportunity to continue your journey with Australian Venue Co. afterwards.

The Opportunity

• 20–38 hours per week for the next 3 months

• Opportunity to transfer to another AVC venue after the initial three months

• Work across busy weddings, corporate events and private functions

• Be part of a high-volume events kitchen

• Opportunity to build your experience across large-scale functions

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong kitchen experience

• Function and event experience is highly desirable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

• Able to maintain quality and consistency during busy services

• Reliable, organised and a strong team player

• Flexible availability, including weekends
