Project Manager - High Rise Apartment

About the Role

We’re working with a well-established building contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use projects around Brisbane CBD.

This is a hands-on Project Manager position where you’ll oversee the project from design coordination and procurement through to practical completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use construction projects.
• Coordinate consultants, design, procurement, subcontractors and site operations.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, costs, variations and timelines.
• Drive quality, WHS, compliance and proactive risk management.
• Manage key stakeholders and deliver projects through to completion and handover.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in delivering high-rise or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction delivery.
• Confident with drawings, programmes, budgets and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
