You will drive service innovation, technology-enabled transformation, and continuous improvement that measurably enhances student and staff experiences. You will influence strategy, partner with seniorleadersand lead a large, skilled team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Whatyou willdeliver
Lead end-to-end student administrative services, ensuring high-quality, timely, and consistent support across the entire student lifecycle.
Develop and execute strategy for student administration, informed by stakeholder feedback, benchmarking and best-practice standards across the sector.
Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready workforce through effective planning, capability development, performance management and succession strategies.
Drive transformation and service innovation, optimising processes, channels and technologies to improve experience and efficiency.
Ensure robust governance, compliance,reportingand risk management for student administration, including business ownership of key enterprise systems.
You maybe a great fitifyou
Hold a relevant graduate qualification and extensive leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations, preferably higher education.
Demonstrate leadership of shared services and service optimisation, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality and staff capability.
Have strong experience in leading change management and continuous improvement initiatives in highly regulated settings, with demonstrated ability to reduce risk and deliver positive outcomes.
Have a track-record of driving technology and service innovation initiatives that improve access, efficiency and compliance. This includes initiatives that deliver measurable efficiencies or customer improvements.
Have a proven ability to translate strategy into prioritised work programmes with robust governance and measurable outcomes.
Have deep experience in building andmaintainingeffective working relationships and buy-in with senior stakeholders through influential engagement.
