- High-volume birth suite managing low to high-risk obstetrics
- Exposure to complex maternal medicine, pre-term care, and multidisciplinary birth planning
- Gynaecology emergency service with varied acute presentations
- Regular theatre lists including general gynae, minimally invasive procedures, and women's surgical care
- A strong learning environment with direct, hands-on support
- Collaboration with Neonatology, Anaesthetics, Maternal Medicine, Oncology, Mental Health, and Allied Health
- Participation in audit, Quality Improvement, teaching sessions, and clinical case discussions
- Consultant-led training & supervision, fostering confidence, autonomy, and skill acceleration

Eligibility Criteria
- AHPRA General Registration or eligible for Limited Registration Level 3+
- Prior O&G clinical experience (RMO/Registrar or relevant rotations)
- Passion for women's health, obstetrics, and surgical skill development
- Team-oriented, motivated, and driven by clinical excellence + training progression
