Leading Hand - Class 2 Apartment

About the Role

We’re working with an established iCIRT Gold Star-rated builder-developer with a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects across NSW. They’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a large-scale Class 2 project in Sydney’s Northwest & Hills District.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with overall site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
• Monitor construction progress and assist with maintaining the programme.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required qualitystandards.
• Assist the Site Manager with inspections, quality control and defect management.

About You

• 2–3+ years’ experience as a Leading Hand / Foreman on large-scale Class 2 apartment projects.
• Strong understanding of apartment construction and site sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Relevant construction qualifications/licences will be highly regarded.
