What You Will Be Doing

As a Technical Assistant, your duties will include:

• Conducting DNA sample collection at the site access gate following Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) screening procedures
• Providing administration support to the Health, Safety & Training (HST) department
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Assisting with data entry and reporting requirements
• Supporting compliance and site health monitoring activities

What You Will Need

• Previous administration experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Would need strong discretion as you will be handling confidential and sensitive data.
• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
