Senior Estimator - Residential

This building company has established their brand across the Sydney Metro for over a decade. They are building an even split of project homes and knock-down-rebuild / custom homes.

The role will work within the estimating team of a couple other Estimators. The successful candidate will be hands-on production estimating for KDR and custom built homes.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Custom homes production estimating
• BOQs
• Procurement, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Databuild
• System set up for future works and set up processes
• ETS management
• Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Director

To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:

• Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background
• Experience pricing and delivering custom homes
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience negotiating rates
• Good understanding of margins
• Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
