About The Role

This leadership role will lead the evolution of People Operations, People Technology and workforce reporting capabilities across a complex and fast-moving environment. Sitting within the People & Culture leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a modern, scalable and service-oriented operating model that delivers exceptional employee experiences while supporting organisational growth and transformation.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery, overseeing people services, technology optimisation, governance, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and executing the People Operations and Technology roadmap and priorities
  • Leading and maturing people services and shared services capabilities
  • Driving process simplification, automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Enhancing people systems, reporting and workforce data capabilities
  • Establishing robust governance, risk and compliance frameworks
  • Partnering with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience
  • Building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

About You

You are a commercially minded People leader with extensive experience leading People Operations, HR Services, Employee Services or HR Technology functions.

You'll bring:

  • Significant leadership experience across People Operations, HR Services or HR Shared Services
  • Strong experience with HR technology, HRIS platforms and digital enablement projects
  • Expertise in service delivery, process improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong governance, risk and compliance capabilities
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to influence decision making
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on capability building and team development
