Property Manager | Industrial & Logistics

A leading owner, developer and manager of industrial and logistics property is looking for a Property Manager to join its NSW team.

Working alongside the Asset Manager, you will run a designated portfolio across NSW and SA, with a real focus on customer relationships, occupancy and retention.

The role

  • Tenant relationship management, correspondence and make good negotiations
  • Budgeting, business plans and monthly income and expense reforecasting
  • Monthly NOI reporting with accurate variance commentary
  • Outgoings recovery estimates and annual reconciliations
  • Overseeing external Facilities Managers, approving POs and invoices
  • Lease administration, arrears management and system data integrity

About you

  • 3 to 5 years' in industrial and/or commercial property management
  • Tertiary property qualification
  • Yardi experience preferred, not essential
  • Strong communicator who enjoys the customer side of the role

Base: $125k inc super
