Speech Pathologist | Multidisciplinary Private Practice

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary private practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys variety and wants the flexibility to work with children, adults, or a combination of both. You will be supported by a collaborative team and have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a genuine difference in the lives of your clients.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and therapy across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload can be tailored to your experience, interests and preferred client group.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based intervention for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders
  • Working with clients across different age groups, depending on your interests
  • Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Supporting clients, families and carers with practical communication strategies and education
  • Monitoring client progress and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
  • Participating in case discussions and contributing to a positive multidisciplinary team environment
  • Staying up to date with current clinical practices through ongoing professional development

About You

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will ideally have:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility for membership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their individual goals
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development

Experience working with both paediatric and adult clients is highly regarded, however, clinicians with a preference for one particular age group are also encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply.
