About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Caloundra, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.

You'll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

In this role, you'll:

Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs

Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families

Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes

What you'll bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Current QLD Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
