Lead/Senior ServiceNow Developer

Senior Developer : for the govt client : Australian citizens only

Must Have

• 7 10 Years Engineering and Development experience in enterprise tools for Infrastructure operations, like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
• 4 5 plus years of hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules Development and Implementation
• Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services.Â

Must Have

• High proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items,
• Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts, Angular JS.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod

Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:

• CIS ITSM Implementation
• Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.
• Good understanding and hands on experience in CMDB, Discovery and Event Management Concepts and their integrations with ITSM modules
• Handson experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools
• Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow
• Expert knowledge with ServiceNow Asset Management module, Scan delivery of IT asset into the Asset Inventory Database and Demonstrate knowledge to integrate MS SCCM tool with ServiceNow
• Establish the process to ensure that assets under the control of the IT organization are identified, controlled and properly cared for throughout their lifecycle and Track change activities of assets due to installations, movements, transfers, and removals
• Expert knowledge with ServiceNow ITSM module and knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items
• Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills and experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow
• Intermediate knowledge on how following tools works with respect to application deployment: Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Database etc.
• Integrations knowledge like LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, Tanium etc.
• Experience with networking devices.
• Experienced with networking concepts like proxy servers and Firewalls.Â
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Exposure working in agile project teams
