Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

Australia Wide | Hybrid Working

12-month contract | Start ASAP

Australian Citizenship is mandatory

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience across Marketing Cloud administration, marketing automation, data management and campaign execution, who can work across both the technical and operational sides of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, including data management and cleansing
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list management and A/B testing
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
  • Design and manage Data Extensions and associated data structures
  • Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
  • Work with Salesforce CRM campaigns and understand how these operate across Marketing Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain documentation covering Marketing Cloud configuration and operational processes
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure Marketing Cloud integrates effectively with other systems and processes
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting and training
  • Stay across new Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and identify opportunities for platform improvements

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

  • 1–3 years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
  • Strong experience across email marketing, marketing automation and data management
  • A solid understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce
  • Hands-on capability with SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into meaningful insights
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud would be highly regarded
  • Experience integrating external data sources with Marketing Cloud is desirable

A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related discipline is also desirable.
