Gold Coast | Full-time | $110K–$130K + Super

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house, or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance, working closely with social and web specialists.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years’ digital marketing experience
• Strong hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
• Strong e-commerce / Shopify experience
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
• Experience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded)
• Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets
• Drive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
• Build HubSpot email campaigns and automations
• Improve the customer journey from ad → conversion → sale
• Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
