Job Title : Workplace Support EUC

Location :Sydney

Mode: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
  • Manage software deployment, application packaging, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
  • Design and maintain Windows 10/11 OSD, imaging, and SCCM Task Sequences.
  • Support Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, Autopilot, and Co-management.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and endpoint remediation.
  • Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for endpoint management issues.
  • Monitor endpoint health, deployments, patch compliance, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience in Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSD, Task Sequences, patching, software deployment, and application packaging.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, Autopilot, and Co-management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and L2/L3 support experience.
