Shift Supervisor - AM Shift (Bendigo)

• Manage and oversee morning shift operations to ensure timely and efficient production and delivery of goods.
• Supervise and support a team of staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor and optimise operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily operations and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

A successful Shift Supervisor should have:

• Working hours 5am to 2pm Monday to Friday - giving you back your afternoons
• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 AUD per annum.
