We are looking for an experienced IT Support / MDM professional who can take ownership of the technology, user experience and outcomes delivered across multiple MSP client environments.

You’ll work across JAMF, Apple MDM, macOS and Microsoft 365, supporting and managing devices for a range of clients. On-premise infrastructure, SharePoint and OneDrive will also be significant parts of the role, so you’ll need to be comfortable troubleshooting beyond basic service desk issues and taking ownership through to resolution.

A key focus will be MDM and device management, with the expectation that you can independently manage and deliver MDM outcomes across multiple client environments. You’ll also need strong SharePoint and OneDrive knowledge, particularly around permissions, synchronisation, site structures and troubleshooting.

Day to day, you’ll be supporting multiple clients, managing Apple devices through JAMF, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and working across a range of infrastructure and cloud technologies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership and delivering a high level of service to clients.

Our clients run their businesses on macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365, and they rely on us to keep everything humming – from device management through to collaboration platforms. We're a close-knit team where L2 engineers get real ownership of client environments, not just a ticket queue.

ABOUT YOU

You know your way around a Mac environment properly – not just using one, but managing fleets of them. You've worked with JAMF (or a comparable Apple MDM platform) and understand device enrolment, policies, and profiles.

On the Microsoft side, you're comfortable troubleshooting SharePoint – permissions, OneDrive sync issues, document libraries, and the weird stuff that happens when Apple devices meet Microsoft cloud services.

You've got MSP experience, so juggling multiple clients and switching context through the day is second nature.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Providing L2 support across macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments for multiple clients

Managing Apple device fleets through JAMF – enrolment, policies, updates, and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting SharePoint and OneDrive issues – permissions, sync, site structure, and access

Escalation support for L1, plus documentation and process improvement

Working directly with clients to resolve issues and keep their environments running smoothly

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• MSP or multi-client support experience
• Solid macOS support skills – you've managed Apple environments, not just used them
• Hands-on experience with JAMF or a similar Apple MDM platform
• Good SharePoint troubleshooting ability – permissions, sync, and general M365 collaboration issues
• Strong communication – you can explain technical issues to non-technical clients

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

• JAMF certification (JAMF 100/200)
• Experience with Intune or cross-platform MDM setups
• Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID administration
• Scripting basics (Bash or zsh) for automating Mac management tasks
