Hiring for NBA Designer (Pega-CDH)

Location- SYDNEY

Position- Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Work within a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad to understand the business goals and technical requirements for NBA activities to design, develop and execute these through Pega CDH.
  • Hands on use of Pega CDH platform to create actions, treatments, and group level engagement policies, configure arbitration rules and taxonomy, and implement content and rules into new and existing NBA strategies
  • Good to have working knowledge of Strategy Framework for Pega CDH NBAD.
  • Work closely with our NBA Analysts and business stakeholders to support the definition of NBA designs and technical requirements for Pega CDH
  • Design and conduct A/B and multivariate testing in Pega based on requirements, working with other squad members to optimise decision strategies based on results and performance
  • Collaborate with our Data Science & Insights Analysts to complete analysis of available data to support ongoing performance, maintenance and optimisation of actions
  • Support testing, QA, and business simulations to continually enhance the performance of our NBA activities.
  • Act as an expert within the CLM and the Martech & Decisioning team on Pega CDH to foster a strong understanding and knowledge of its capabilities and best practices around usage.
  • Foster a collaborative and high performing culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Degree in relevant areas such as Business, Marketing, IT, Maths, Information Systems or Finance
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Pega CDH (version 8.23, or minimum 8.7x onwards) and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager preferred
  • A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand business requirements and technical requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of testing methodologies to support continuous improvement of Next Best Action/Next best experience strategies.
  • Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure, ideally using Teradata is a plus
  • Deep knowledge and experience adhering to key legislation for direct marketing activities including Privacy Act, Spam Act & DNCR Act etc
