Based in a modern CBD office, you'll work closely with senior leadership including the Construction Manager and CEO while being supported by an experienced and high-performing team.

Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the business and take ownership of multiple projects across Sydney.

Projects typically range from $2M to $10M, with a preference for candidates who have successfully delivered projects valued at $5M+ as the lead Project Manager.

You will be responsible for managing up to three projects concurrently, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, site teams and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the commercial construction sector
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $5M+ from start to finish
• Exposure across workplace, commercial office, industrial, healthcare or hospitality projects
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of working for reputable construction businesses
• Stable employment history with strong tenure
• Driven, proactive and career-focused mindset
• Strong references from previous employers, clients and industry professionals
