GRADUATE ARCHITECTS

Join a dynamic architecture practice where you’ll have the opportunity to work across an exciting and diverse portfolio of large-scale projects spanning multi-residential, hotels, commercial and education.

This is a hands-on role for an architect who enjoys being involved throughout the project lifecycle — from early concept and design development through to documentation, approvals, tender and construction. You’ll work closely with clients and a range of internal and external stakeholders, playing an important role in shaping projects from initial brief through to successful delivery.

We’re looking for an architect who is passionate about design, confident working with clients and stakeholders, and keen to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and consultants building strong and collaborative relationships.
• Develop project briefs, scopes of work and design strategies in response to client and project requirements.
• Lead and contribute to concept design and design development, working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Oversee the preparation and coordination of high-quality documentation and specifications through DA, tender, building approval and construction stages.
• Contribute to a collaborative studio environment, bringing a strong design focus and proactive approach to project delivery.

What you need to be successful

• Masters Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years experience within a professional architecture practice
• Strong technical capabilities, including Revit, Enscape, Adobe InDesign
• Experience working across multi-residential or other large-scale projects.
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.
