Your new company

A well‑established Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Senior Foreman to deliver a $100M commercial project from early works through to handover. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a Site Manager who thrives in structured environments and can confidently create, manage and drive a detailed construction programme in partnership with the Project Manager.

Your new role

You will take shared responsibility with the other Site Managers for on‑site delivery, safety, quality and subcontractor coordination, while working closely with the Project Manager to plan and control programme milestones. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, maintaining and driving the construction schedule in collaboration with the PM
• Coordinating trades, suppliers and consultants to meet programme targets
• Managing daily site operations, workflow sequencing and site logistics
• Enforcing WHS, quality and environmental standards
• Monitoring progress against programme and proactively resolving delays
• Overseeing QA management through to practical completion
• Ensuring documentation, inspections and compliance requirements are met

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on new build commercial projects
• Strong capability in programme planning and schedule management
• Confidence in working collaboratively with Project Managers and commercial teams
• Excellent subcontractor coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Trade background or construction management qualification
• Solid understanding of construction programming tools
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards
