We are seeking a proactive and driven Valuation Coordinator to join our commercial team in Adelaide on a fulltime, permanent basis.
Our Commercial Operations team serves as the central hub connecting clients, lenders, and valuers. By driving a standardised "One Way" approach, the team manages the full valuation lifecycle from initial enquiries and quoting to administrative workflows and report delivery. They ensure every touchpoint is seamless, efficient, and structured to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and valuers alike.
Key Responsibilities
As our Valuation Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end job life cycle and workflow processes, including:
- Job Lifecycle & Documentation: Manage job registration and end-to-end administrative workflows within internal systems.
- Document Validation: Proactively gather, review, and verify key documentation (e.g., leases, titles, reports) to minimize turnaround times.
- Scheduling & Allocation: Allocate jobs, optimize Valuer travel schedules and calendars, and coordinate property inspections with clients.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses in accordance with established SLAs.
- Valuer Support: Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the valuation team.
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Experience: Proven experience in property valuation, real estate, professional services, or a high-volume operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with workflow/CRM systems, along with strong capability in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Service Focus: Strong customer service orientation accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organization: Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with high attention to detail while working under tight timelines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently using sound initiative.
