Senior Solution Architect

12-Month Initial Contract (+ 6-Month Extensions) | Hybrid - Brisbane CBD

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Federal Government client to recruit two experienced Senior Solution Architects (EL1 Equivalent). In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to deliver high-quality professional solution architecture and design services for complex digital health transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and produce solution designs, system views, and enterprise architecture using logical models of components and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements from diverse stakeholders into scalable technical solutions while maintaining system integrity.
• Assess projects to identify critical success factors, issues, and risks, developing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical goals and drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, product owners, policy advisors, and cross-functional teams to support national and state digital health objectives.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect providing high-level technical leadership in complex, enterprise environments.
• Experience working on Digital Health and Digital Health Transformation projects and initiatives at National or State levels.
• Strong understanding of the Health sector (Acute hospital, Primary Care/Allied Health, Aged Care) and healthcare provider/consumer workflows.
• High-level stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and risk management capabilities.
• Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
