We're working with a well-established law firm in Sydney CBD that is looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to its team.

This opportunity is open to lawyers with 2–5 years' PQE, so whether you're building your practice or ready to take on greater ownership of your own caseload, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a broad range of personal injury and compensation matters while managing your own files and developing strong client relationships.

Your work may include:

• Motor accident claims
• Workplace injury matters
• Public liability claims
• Liaising directly with clients, medical experts and insurers
• Negotiation, mediation and court proceedings
• Providing strategic and commercially minded advice to clients

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators while taking genuine ownership of your matters and continuing to develop your technical and client-management skills.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Australian lawyer with:

• 2–5 years' post-admission experience
• Strong experience in Personal Injury or Compensation Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence managing matters with appropriate autonomy
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
• A practical and solutions-focused approach

You'll be someone who enjoys personal injury work, takes pride in advocating for injured clients and wants to continue building a long-term career in the area.
