I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing insurance startup looking for a strong General Insurance Broker to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced broker who is looking to move beyond simply managing an existing book and instead play a key role in building and growing a business from the ground up.

About the opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing warm leads and converting opportunities into new business.
• Cross-selling and identifying additional insurance opportunities.
• Working across a broad range of general insurance products.
• Managing the full broking process, including quotes, reports, invoicing and client documentation.
• Building relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation.
• Solid experience as a General Insurance Broker.
• Broad exposure across multiple insurance classes.
• Excellent communication and phone-based relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.

I’m particularly interested in speaking with General Insurance Brokers who have a strong business development focus and are ready for a role where their contribution can have a real impact.
