Complete Traffic Services is a locally owned and operated traffic management company based right here in Adelaide. We are a safety-first organization delivering professional traffic control for construction sites, roadworks, and major events across the state.
We are currently looking for experienced, reliable, and ticketed Traffic Controllers to join our dedicated casual team, helping keep workers, motorists, and pedestrians safe across metro Adelaide.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Setup & Management: Efficiently set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control devices (signs, cones, barriers, lights) in accordance with approved traffic management plans.
- Directing Traffic: Safely and confidently direct vehicles and pedestrians through active work zones.
- Communication & Liaison: Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and crews to ensure smooth, efficient traffic flow and site operations.
- Safety Reporting: Proactively identify, report, and manage any hazards or incidents on-site.
- Equipment Checks: Conduct thorough pre-start checks on all traffic control equipment.
- Compliance: strictly follow all WHS requirements and wear correct PPE at all times.
What we are looking for
- Proven Experience: This is not an entry-level role. We need candidates with previous, hands-on experience as a Traffic Controller.
- Tickets & Licences: You must hold a current, valid Traffic Controller ticket/accreditation and a valid driver's licence.
- Reliability: We need safety-conscious team members who are dependable, punctual, and available for casual shifts (including early starts).
- Fitness: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
- Professional Manner: Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with the public and site crews.
