We’re partnering with a large, well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation and are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join their delivery team. This role will suit someone who can comfortably bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

The role

You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery and ongoing optimisation of CRM capabilities, with a strong focus on business analysis, process design and functional solution delivery.

Key responsibilities will include

• Engaging with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritise business requirements
• Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to understand current and future-state processes
• Translating requirements into functional specifications, process maps and user stories
• Designing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs and platform capabilities
• Configuring and supporting CRM components including tables/entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules and security roles
• Working closely with developers and technical teams across solution delivery and integration
• Supporting UAT planning, coordination and defect management
• Assisting with data migration, system testing and release activities
• Preparing documentation and supporting business users through implementation
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimisation

About you

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Experience working as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, CRM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst within Dynamics CRM environments
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service or Marketing
• Demonstrated experience translating business processes into practical CRM solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and user stories
• Experience supporting UAT and implementation delivery
• The ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, Azure integrations or APIs, Agile delivery environments or Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be highly regarded.
