Clinical Practice Lead, Medicare Mental Health Centre Far West

About The Role
This is a permanent full time position. Located in Broken Hill with some outreach work.
The Clinical Lead works collaboratively with the Service Manager, MMHC staff and external stakeholders to support the delivery of person-centred, recovery-focused, evidence-based and innovative clinical and psychosocial services. This role provides clinical and psychosocial oversight, supports multidisciplinary practice, contributes to care planning and case review, and helps ensure high-quality outcomes for consumers, families and carers.
The service will operate seven days a week and candidates should be flexible and available to work on a rostered basis, including on weekends and outside of normal business hours, as needed.

Duties
- Provide clinical leadership in a person-centred, recovery-focused mental health service.
- Support and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care.
- Work with consumers, families, carers and partners to improve outcomes in the Far West.
Skills & Experience
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
- Demonstrated skills and experience delivering holistic, recovery-oriented and evidence-based therapeutic services.
- Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision experience in a multidisciplinary team, including clinical review, clinical pathways and oversight of team performance.
