They’re seeking an energetic, driven individual to join their high-performance team as a Sales Development Representative. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to discover and qualify opportunities in new markets.

• On offer: $65,000 – $95,000 + Super + $125,000 OTE (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify verticals and target companies
• Execute outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social outreach) to generate qualified leads
• Engage with decision-makers, uncover their challenges, and map your product to their needs
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Diligently maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM
• Stay current on AI trends, competitive offerings, and product enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (not mandatory)
• At least 6 months’ experience in a cold‑calling / outbound sales role
• Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed quotas
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with resilience and drive in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with CRM software and prospecting tools
• Interest or experience in AI / SaaS / tech preferred
