Service Delivery Manager

AVEC is seeking an experienced

Service Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery management of Project Services under an outcome-based service model. The role is accountable for service performance, governance cadence, demand coordination, delivery planning, risk visibility, commercial discipline and continuity of capability across multidisciplinary teams

Location: Edinburgh Parks, Adelaide (with some flexible WFH option)

Employment: Permanent Full-Time

Security Clearance: Minimum active NV1 clearance is essential

Roles And Responsibilities

• Managing a team of approximately 25 – 30 consultants delivering technical services – architects, engineers, security specialists, project managers, and other project staff.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing stakeholder relationships and governance of the service.
• Driving service delivery, continuous improvement and standardisation across multiple workstreams.
• Overseeing consultant onboarding, resource planning, performance management and capability development.
• Reviewing, coordinating and approving timesheets, coordinating invoicing, and ensuring accurate contract administration.
• Managing client escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful service outcomes.
• Monitoring commercial performance, including utilisation, SLAs, KPIs and overall engagement delivery.
