Insurance - Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer

Due to growth of our Brisbane Insurance team, we’re now seeking a Law Graduate to Junior Lawyer to work on a diverse range of insurance matters.

The Role

Due to growth of our Brisbane Insurance team, we’re now seeking a Law Graduate to Junior Lawyer to work alongside David Slatyer and his team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of insurance matters while working closely with experienced practitioners who are committed to your development.

You will work on a broad mix of defendant insurance matters, including:

• Compulsory Third Party claims
• Public liability claims
• Property damage claims
• Subrogated recovery actions
• Insurance coverage and indemnity matters

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates who:

• Have recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor of Laws and are eligible for admission, or have up to 3 years’ PQE
• Demonstrate strong academic performance from a well-respected university
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Are eager to build a career in insurance litigation
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
