Location: Goulburn, NSW

Coordinate Balance of Plant Mechanical (BoPM) installation, testing, commissioning, mechanical completion, and handover activities.
Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment layouts, specifications, and vendor documentation to support site execution.
Develop work packages, installation methodologies, ITPs, RFIs, technical work instructions, lift plans, and construction documentation.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, vendors, construction teams, procurement, logistics, and warehouse activities to meet project schedules.
Support quality, HSE, progress, cost control, technical issue resolution, pressure testing, flushing, punch-list closure, and handover documentation.

Strong expertise in SMP/mechanical installation, including piping, pumps, valves, tanks, supports, rotating equipment, cooling water, fire protection, drainage, dewatering, compressed air, and HVAC interfaces.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment layouts, technical specifications, and vendor documentation.
Experience with site engineering, construction planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material planning, testing, commissioning, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
Knowledge of Australian Standards, quality requirements, HSE processes, SWMS, risk assessments, ITPs, and mechanical completion/handover practices.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, planning, cost-control, and project scheduling skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6/MS Project.
