Roster: Monday to Friday (5 Days On / 2 Days Off)

Experience: 5+Years

Eligibility: Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Valid Visa holders with full working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Review HVAC/mechanical drawings, specifications and vendor documents.
Coordinate site activities, materials, subcontractors and construction teams.
Resolve site and technical issues and ensure work meets Australian Standards and project requirements.
Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, work packages and other site documentation.
Ensure all activities are completed in line with HSE, quality and project standards.

Required Skills

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, SMP or Site Engineering.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, ductwork, AHUs, piping and fans.
Good experience in site coordination, HVAC installation, testing and commissioning.
Understanding of Australian Standards and construction/project requirements.
Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
