Project Manager

Hone Recruitment are currently recruiting a Project Manager role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based in Brisbane. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, and High-end unique residential hotels with project values up to $300m.

Client Details

Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, and High-end unique residential sectors, with projects typically varying in value from $70- 300m. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 20256 and 2027, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

The business prides itself on having a flat management structure with open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams. Many of the current management team have progressed from within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading Project delivery teams made up of 4-10 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
• Financial responsibility for projects
• Monthly cost reporting to the board of directors
• Mentoring more junior team members

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• Proven track record delivering projects up to $50m in value
• Prior experience with projects in the high rise multi residential sector advantageous
• Broader commercial building construction experience essential
