About Our Client

Our client is a well-established equipment and machinery services provider supporting construction, industrial, and hire operations across Adelaide. With a strong focus on reliability, quality, and customer service, they are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Plant Mechanic to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Servicing and maintaining diesel-powered hire equipment
• Diagnosing mechanical and equipment faults
• Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance
• Inspecting equipment to identify issues and ensure safe operation
• Troubleshooting mechanical and diesel-related faults
• Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What You Will Need

• Previous experience servicing and repairing diesel equipment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience working with plant, machinery, or hire equipment (highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
