Social Creative Designer

I'm looking for a talented, hands-on Social Designer who can take a brief, develop the idea and bring it to life.

You'll sit at the intersection of creativity, craft and performance, creating social-first creative across a range of clients and campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.

What you'll do

• Develop social-first creative across static, motion, digital, brand and TTL.
• Concept campaigns from ideation through to final artwork.
• Create assets for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and landing pages.
• Produce short-form video using After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
• Adapt creative across formats, audiences and placements.
• Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
• Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams.
• Bring ideas proactively and identify opportunities to use AI effectively.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years' experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Integrated campaign experience across social, digital, brand and TTL.
• Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour, composition and brand systems.
• A strong understanding of paid social and platform-native creative.
• Ability to both concept and execute.
• Confidence with motion and short-form video.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication.
• A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with UGC-style ads, A/B creative testing, regulated categories, final artwork/pre-press and strong copywriting instincts.

Full time role

Sydney based hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in office / 2 days from home.

Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Citizen or PR is required for this role.
