About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team and work alongside Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services teams to uncover customer needs, validate ideas, and ensure customer voices help guide business decisions.

As our UX Researcher, you'll lead and support research activities that help us understand how customers work, what challenges they face, and where opportunities exist to improve their experience with Tait.

  • Planning and conducting customer and user research including interviews, workshops, surveys, field observations, and usability testing.
  • Creating and maintaining personas, customer journeys, use cases, and research artefacts that support decision-making.
  • Working with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services teams to validate concepts, workflows, and customer-facing solutions.
  • Contributing to Voice of Customer (VoC) and NPS programmes by identifying themes, tracking feedback, and highlighting improvement opportunities.
