We are currently seeking an experienced

Contracts Administrator to join a well-established construction business delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney’s

Eastern Suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator looking to take ownership of projects, work closely with an experienced project team, and build their career within a growing and reputable construction company.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of projects valued up to $20M.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing contracts, variations, claims and subcontractor agreements
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Reviewing scopes, drawings and contract documentation
• Managing project cost reporting and financial administration
• Preparing progress claims and assessing subcontractor claims
• Monitoring project budgets, costs and variations
• Managing contractual correspondence and commercial risk
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and consultants
• Supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects from commencement through to completion

About You We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded

Contracts Administrator with:

• Construction experience – essential
• Experience working on projects up to $20M
• Class 1 or Class 2 construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in project delivery
