About The Role

This is an opportunity to work across the full reward portfolio, partnering with stakeholders to deliver reward, benefits and remuneration initiatives that support business performance and employee experience. You'll have exposure to executive and workforce reward, benefits, recognition, governance and annual remuneration activities, while taking ownership of key deliverables and projects. Working closely with Reward Managers and senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to strategic reward priorities while providing specialist advice and insights across the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Provide specialist advice on remuneration, benefits, recognition and reward-related matters across the business.
• Lead key components of executive and workforce reward programs, including benchmarking and job evaluation activities.
• Support annual remuneration review processes and contribute to remuneration governance and compliance requirements.
• Analyse complex remuneration data and deliver insights to support business and people decisions.
• Prepare reports, committee papers and stakeholder communications on reward-related matters.
• Contribute to the review, implementation and enhancement of reward programs, benefits and policies.

What You'll Bring

• At least five years' experience in reward, remuneration or benefits within a large and complex corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary reward practices, remuneration frameworks and relevant legislation.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a changing environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and provide trusted advice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
