About The Role

As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, you connect business needs with secure, reliable Oracle HCM solutions. You will support critical systems, projects and quarterly releases across the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. Working with product owners, delivery teams and business stakeholders, you will assess requirements and recommend practical technical solutions. Your work will improve data flow, reporting accuracy and the employee experience. You will also help evaluate new Oracle features, including AI capabilities, while maintaining platform standards and supporting strategic workforce decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess requirements, platform impacts and technical options.
  • Design Oracle HCM configurations, integrations, reports and functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, complete root cause analysis and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Test platform changes, quarterly releases, enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Prepare clear documentation, training materials and communications for system changes.
  • Recommend improvements that increase platform value, security and operational reliability.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM analyst or specialist.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, configuration and security.
  • Experience with Core HR, recruitment, talent, learning and compensation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of OIC, REST or SOAP APIs, SQL basics and enterprise integrations.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, with Oracle HCM certification highly regarded.
