We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency that’s looking for a Client Success Manager to join their Brisbane team.

• Brisbane - Hybrid

THE ROLE

• Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
• Acting as the key point of contact
• Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
• Working closely with internal specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Being able to confidently understand and explain digital marketing strategies
• Identifying opportunities to improve client results
• Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
• No business development or cold calling - this is purely about client success, retention and delivery
