Contract Administrator – High-End Custom Residential

North Sydney, NSW

$130,000 – $160,000 + Super

$5M – $10M Luxury Custom Homes

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a reputable, multi-award-winning Tier 2 builder specialising in high-end value residential construction across Sydney.

The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering architecturally designed, luxury custom homes, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The Role

  • Manage the full contract administration function across high-end residential projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Prepare and administer contracts, scopes of works and commercial documentation
  • Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting and commercial risk management
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual and commercial requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian construction industry
  • Experience working on high-end residential, custom homes or luxury construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, progress claims and procurement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the project team
  • Relevant construction, building or quantity surveying qualifications are highly regarded
