Your new company

Join a large-scale transformation program delivering significant ICT-enabled business change. You will work closely with senior executives, business leaders and program teams to drive benefits realisation outcomes and establish best-practice benefits management across a complex environment.

Your new role

As the Benefits Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the program's Benefits Management Framework, governance arrangements and reporting processes. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, define and track program benefits, establish benefit ownership, develop KPIs and reporting dashboards, and provide strategic advice to support executive decision-making. Working across business and technical teams, you will ensure benefits management is embedded throughout program planning, governance and change activities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring demonstrated experience establishing benefits management practices within large programs, transformations or ICT-enabled initiatives. Strong experience developing Benefits Realisation Plans, governance frameworks and benefits reporting mechanisms is essential. You will have the ability to identify, quantify and measure strategic, operational and financial benefits while engaging effectively with senior executives and stakeholders. Excellent facilitation, communication and executive reporting skills will be highly regarded.
