Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor

ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join a growing civil contractor in Brisbane, QLD. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on water infrastructure projects. Open to junior to intermediate level QS and CA.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Project Managers with contracts and commercial activities
• Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and EOTs
• Assist with pre-contracts and tendering
• Manage subcontractor progress claims
• Monitor project costs and commercial documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients and project teams
• Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in civil construction as a Quantity Surveyor ir Contract Administrator
• Understanding of contracts, variations, claims and EOTs
• Strong communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Australian or New Zealand civil construction experience highly regarded
