As a Facilities Coordinator at PwC, you'll bring your coordination skills, solutions-oriented mindset, and confident communication to support the day-to-day operations of our workplace environment, based in Sydney/ Gadigal. You'll be the go-to person ensuring our spaces are well-maintained, compliant, and welcoming, partnering with internal teams and external contractors to keep everything running at its best.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct workplace inspections and audits, identifying issues, defects and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate planned, reactive and emergency maintenance works, managing contractors, suppliers and building management to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with workplace requirements.
  • Oversee cleaning services and workplace presentation, conducting regular audits and resolving service issues.
  • Respond to facilities requests, using workplace management systems to track and resolve issues.
  • Support workplace events and meeting space operations, ensuring facilities are set up and maintained to a high standard.
  • Support workplace security activities, including access control, security audits and CCTV administration.
  • Process and track workplace related invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment.
  • Coordinate the fire warden network, maintaining records, training requirements and emergency preparedness activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate environment (Facilities, Workplace, building operations or corporate services preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own judgement to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm whilst managing multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Energetic, motivated and passionate approach to facilities coordination.
  • Accountability for successful completion of tasks with clear communication and regular updates.
