We’re growing in northern Tasmania and are looking for a passionate

Practice Leader (Team Leader – Disability) to join our Operations Team and help shape high-quality, person-centred support.

• Full-time opportunity – 76 hours per fortnight
• Based in Launceston
• Competitive hourly rate (Level 3)
• Salary packaging benefits – access over $15,000 tax-free

About The Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.

This Is a Hands-on Leadership Position Where You Will

• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes
• Model best-practice support and build team capability
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals

You’ll be central to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that truly enhances quality of life.

Roster: Full-time role worked across a rotating roster, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
