Home Care Support Worker

Join a supportive team helping older Australians (65+) live independently at home and make a real difference every day.

About You

• Live across the Casino area including Irvington, Piora, Spring Grove, Tomki, Woodview and surrounding communities
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
• Open to Entry Level candidates

What We Offer

• $32.61 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
• Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes including:

• Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
• Future opportunity to progress to social support, transport and personal care with relevant, company provided, training
